OVERVIEW OF ROLE

To sell Temperley London merchandise with a high standard of personal and professional service to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales.
  • Fully conversant with the product range including product alterations, stock availability.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping within store.
  • To assist in maintaining the company standard to maximise sales.
  • Maintaining company visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
  • To be aware of the company policy on customer complaints, returns and exchange procedures.
  • Handling customer complaints or escalating any ongoing issues to management.
  • To be able to work on own initiative and on any specific mission or project as defined by your manager.
  • Handling payments in all forms.
  • Register all relevant transaction details onto the database.
  • Proficient at creating and updating client files, managing own client book.
  • Booking bridal, mainline appointments and fittings via phone and email.
  • Managing customer appointments and perform all the necessary admin and follow up post appointment.

  • Experience within a similar retail role, preferably in womenswear / luxury.
  • Must have strong communication, follow-up and team orientation.
  • Be able to support a collaborative, innovative and results-orientated environment in a cross-functional team.
  • Proactive and positive
  • Display flexibility with good organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Excellent IT and numerical skills
