About the Role

This role supports Michael Kors’ global retail operations by ensuring excellence in customer service, sales performance, and market trends awareness within luxury retail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in retail
  • Meet individual and team sales goals, with a strong focus on maximising performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating seamless shopping experiences
  • Stay informed about fashion industry trends and market developments
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold brand standards
  • Ensure adherence to sales targets while maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy work environment

Compensation Details

In compliance with UK Pay Transparency laws, this role offers the following hourly salary range (GBP): - Minimum: £26,000 - Maximum: £33,500

Note: This refers to an annual salary; base pay is subject to hours worked and role specifics. Hours are full-time (unlessotherwise specified).
