The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, our new Regent Street flagship store represents a key moment for the brand—a space where customers can fully experience Antler, our products, and our story.
We are seeking Sales Associates (full-time and part-time) to join our Retail team at our new Regent Street flagship store.
You are not just selling luggage; you are the custodian of the Antler brand story and the architect of an exceptional customer experience. You will be the first point of connection, sharing our rich heritage, educating customers on our thoughtfully designed products, and delivering a premium, seamless service that reflects the quality of Antler itself.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flagship opening and help shape how customers experience Antler on the high street.
To support the needs of our global brand and customers, candidates must be available to work flexibly, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.

- Representing Antler: Always delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and premium customer experience that matches Antler's brand standards.
- Helping Customers: Getting to know our customers and helping them choose the perfect luggage, bags, and accessories for their trips.
- Product Expertise: Learning everything about Antler’s products—the materials, features, and care—so you can confidently answer questions.
- Achieving Sales Goals: Working as part of a team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keeping it Looking Great: Ensuring the store always looks beautiful, tidy, and organised according to Antler's brand guidelines.
- Operational Store Support: Helping with all daily tasks, including managing stock, re-stocking shelves, and operating the till (cash register).
- Events: Assisting with in-store events, product launches, and special brand moments.
- Teamwork: Being a positive, collaborative, and reliable member of the store team.
The Requirements

- Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
- Reliable and Quick: You are reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Eager to Learn: You are enthusiastic about learning our products, processes, and the Antler brand story.
- Sales Focused: You naturally enjoy talking to people, building connections, and helping them make a purchase.
- Flexible: You are able to work different hours, including evenings, weekends, and our busiest periods.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull stock and products (up to approximately 27 lbs / 12 kg)
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move comfortably around the store as required
