Exciting Opportunity

We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Branch Support. This is a permanent, part-time position based at our Heaton Moor branch, working Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:00pm.

Role Responsibilities

Let's talk about the role, it involves:

  • Saturday working.
  • Professionally handle incoming calls, accurately registering applicants and gathering detailed information to effectively qualify their requirements.
  • Provide excellent front-of-house reception services, maintaining high standards of customer care and communication.
  • Support viewing representatives throughout the day by providing timely updates, managing information flow, and helping ensure appointments and diary schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Answering customer queries wherever possible but where this is not possible arranging for questions to be answered/ directing customers to the answer.

Qualifications

We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals who possess:

  • Prior admin support experience desirable.
  • Confident & professional person who is good at dealing with the public.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to use and learn property software systems including Reapit, Outlook, LeadPro, Rightmove, digital signage platforms to name a few.
  • Full & Clean Driving Licence.
