Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional located in Bicester. The role involves identifying potential clients through lead generation, conducting market research, and building new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include:
- Fostering strong relationships with clients
- Providing excellent customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies

Qualifications
- Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for building relationships and liaising confidently with clients and team members
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, sales performance, and customer data
- Customer Service expertise to foster long-term client satisfaction and ensure excellent support
- Previous experience in sales or business development is highly beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools is an advantage
