About the Role

We are a CIOB Chartered Building Company, opening great career development opportunities to talented individuals who are eager to build up their professional experience, believe in the company vision, and are ready to work hard to make it come true.

We currently have a position available for a Sales Assistant working alongside the business development and the construction team. The position is remote.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales / Administration Assistant duties and responsibilities generally include phone calls and emails. Provide a first-class customer service selling and promoting Dobuild’s services.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative and prioritise daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success within this role.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact, dealing mainly with phone calls and emails.
  • Supporting the sales team and managing database.
  • Provide a first-class customer service selling and promoting Dobuild’s services.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative.
  • Handling and coordinating administrative tasks.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings.
  • Ensure file organisation based on office protocol.
  • Answer telephone calls and e-mails.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Supporting the on-site teams with placing materials orders and ensuring their timely delivery to the site.
  • Work closely with the director.

Qualifications Required

  • Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters.
  • Detail orientated with the ability to work alone when needed.
  • Administrative experience preferred and budgeting skills.
  • Problem-solving and initiative.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to work outside of the usual office hours if/when needed.
