£27k - £30k pa + Lucrative Commission structure
This is a full-time, Sales, Business Development Executive role with remote working a possibility.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, booking meetings and promoting Affinity Associates’ services to small and medium-sized businesses & Fellow practices.
Responsibilities
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Conducting client meetings and presentations
- Preparing proposals
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery
- Maintaining and growing existing client relationships
- Monitoring market trends
- Contributing to sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Regular reporting on sales performance
- Attending networking events
- Representing the firm in a professional manner

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and converting a sales pipeline
- 3+ years experience in similar roles

- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture client relationships and support long-term partnerships
- Excellent Communication skills, including confident presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience selling professional or financial services preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively, and meet defined sales and activity targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications to document activities and prepare sales materials
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical, client-focused service
