Concours House is a premium automotive storage and events venue based in Bradford on Avon. We specialise in secure storage for exceptional vehicles while offering our clients access to an exclusive community through bespoke automotive events and experiences.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Executive to help drive new business, develop strategic partnerships, and build lasting relationships with our clients.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating new enquiries, converting leads into customers, and supporting the continued growth of Concours House through proactive business development.
You'll work closely with the management team to identify new markets, develop partnerships, and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from their first enquiry onwards.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop partnerships with automotive businesses, dealerships, clubs, luxury brands, and related organisations.
- Represent Concours House at automotive events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business.
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven sales and business development experience within the luxury, prestige, or performance automotive sector.
- An excellent understanding of the premium automotive market and the expectations of high-net-worth clients.
- An established network of contacts within the prestige automotive industry would be advantageous.
- A track record of generating new business and building long-term customer relationships.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Good IT skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
