Creativity Meets Tech. Purpose-led Innovation.

Beinghuman Ltd is entering a new era: a suite of ethical digital tools and immersive technology for the creative sector, alongside high-value commissions for original immersive artwork from our Founder.

We're a Certified B Corp with 25 years of track record at the intersection of creativity, technology and ethics, and we're launching our new era in partnership with a major industry event in London this October.

This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Founder and core leadership, taking our new platforms and offerings to market.

What you'll sell

  • Access to our new creative-sector platform and software tools
  • Licensing for our spatial computing hardware and software
  • Commissions for original immersive artworks
  • Direct partnerships with education establishments, agencies and brands

You'll be self-initiating from day one, building pipeline and outreach without waiting to be told what to do, while working within our commercial framework (pricing and deal structure are set by us, not negotiated freelance). You'll also stage and contribute to our events and campaigns as we scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You are:

  • A proven closer with results you can point to, not just describe
  • Comfortable selling both relationship-led (art commissions, education) and structured B2B (software, licensing)
  • Genuinely energised by ethical business and the creative industries, not just tolerant of the mission
  • A self-starter who spots opportunities and acts on them without needing a script or constant direction
  • Sharp at opening doors and building relationships from scratch, even into unfamiliar networks
  • Comfortable with tech tools like Notion AI, and ideally able to build or organise a bespoke CRM system yourself using AI, or keen to learn fast if this isn't yet in your toolkit
  • MA graduate in business, innovation or entrepreneurship, or equivalent experience and a demonstrable mission to succeed
  • Able to work in a small team and embrace autonomy
