About Girl in Blue Studios
Chances are you've seen us — our "If I were to create..." series is followed by hundreds of thousands across our communities, and it's just one expression of how we think about brands.
Girl in Blue Studios is a London-based creative agency. Clients come to us for the spark — the kind of thinking that produces ideas that make them impossible to ignore. From brand identity to campaign strategy, we work across the full spectrum of creative work, delivering projects for brands of all sizes from around the world, including ones you encounter every day.
We're growing — in reach, in ambition, and in the calibre of work we're doing. This is a genuinely exciting time to join.
The Role
If you were to design the best possible client experience — from the first touch all the way to the moment a project kicks off — how would you do it? That's exactly the question we're asking ourselves. And the answer, we've realised, starts with the right person in this role.
As we scale, we're growing our business development function — and this is a newly created role within that. You'll share inbound discovery calls with our existing sales team, bringing your own perspective and energy to how we qualify and convert new leads. But beyond inbound, this role has real outbound potential — the ability to spot opportunities, identify the right partnerships and markets, and stay focused on what leads to ambitious, genuinely exciting outcomes.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This isn't a support role. You'll work independently, with genuine ownership over how we grow.
What You'll Do
- Share and manage inbound discovery calls alongside our existing sales team
- Drive the full sales cycle from first touch to closed won

- Identify outbound opportunities — new clients, markets, partnerships, and directions worth pursuing
- Run weekly sales check-ins with the team
- Develop and own client-facing sales materials and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or business development in an agency environment, ideally covering as many stages of the client journey as possible

- Strong understanding of brand, creative, and design disciplines
- Excellent communicator — confident on calls, clear in writing
- London-based, with flexibility to come into the office and meet clients in person
