Sales Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager – Zoolatech
Zoolatech has built strong partnerships with leading technology-driven companies such as Pandora, Zalando, MasterControl, DAT, and Tinder. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our sales capacity and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition across multiple industries.
This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with a strong hunter mindset, who enjoys building pipelines from scratch, shaping their own approach, and closing high-value deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Act as a hunter—proactively generate pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and creative prospecting
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across high-value industries (Retail, Healthcare, FinTech, and others)
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to deal closure
- Independently shape and iterate your approach based on market feedback and results
Pipeline & Process Management
- Maintain a high-quality, up-to-date pipeline in CRM with accurate deal status, next steps, and forecasting
- Ensure discipline in tracking activities, client interactions, and opportunity progress
- Provide reliable visibility into pipeline health and progress
Client Engagement
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, VP, Directors) in target accounts
- Understand client needs and position Zoolatech’s services as a solution to business challenges
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to shape tailored solutions
- Partner with marketing on lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives

Market Awareness
- Stay informed about industry trends, client challenges, and emerging technologies
- Identify and develop opportunities within new and existing accounts
Skills & Requirements
Essential
- 3–6 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or consulting
- Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to build pipeline and close new logos
- Experience selling IT services, digital transformation, or engineering solutions
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Strong process discipline, including consistent and accurate CRM usage
- Experience working in environments with high autonomy and ownership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, delivery, marketing)
- Experience with complex, high-value deals and long sales cycles
Preferred
- Understanding of at least one domain: Retail, Healthcare, FinTech
- Technical background or ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Self-driven, proactive approach and comfort operating in ambiguity
