Graduate Recruitment Consultant – High Earnings | Sales Career

What You'll Do
This is a sales role at its core.
You'll be responsible for:
- Winning new business by speaking with companies looking to hire top talent.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted recruitment partner.
- Identifying and headhunting high-calibre candidates.
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement.
- Negotiating fees, offers and contracts.
- Working towards ambitious targets while maximising your commission.
