Role Description

The SALES & CLIENT EXPERIENCE INTERN role is an internship position with a hybrid work arrangement based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work from home. The intern will support daily sales activities by engaging with clients, responding to inquiries, and assisting with order processing. They will help deliver a high-quality client experience through attentive customer service, follow-up communication, and personalized support for both online and offline interactions. The role includes assisting with client onboarding, gathering feedback, and preparing basic performance reports for the team. The intern may also support training materials for client-facing processes and collaborate with the sales and brand teams to refine client experience strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in Sales and Sales Management to support revenue-generating activities.
  • Ability to assist with Training-related tasks, such as preparing guides or materials for client experience workflows.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the London Area, United Kingdom, with reliable access for remote work when needed.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Interest in contemporary African design, fashion, or culture and enthusiasm for supporting independent brands.
  • Proficiency with common digital tools (email, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a multicultural setting, and maintain a client-focused mindset.
