We've partnered with RecGenie to help them find their Sales Co-Founder π§
RecGenie is live and earning: small UK recruitment agencies already pay for it to run their temp placements β candidate management that plugs into the payroll tools they use every day. What they don't have is anyone whose whole focus is selling it. That's the gap this partnership fills.
This is an equity-based partnership. You'd be investing your sales expertise in exchange for a meaningful stake in the company, joining the founder as a genuine partner.
What you'd take ownership of:
- New client acquisition end to end β from first outbound conversation to signed agency
- Building RecGenie's outbound engine: prospecting, pipeline, closing
- Shaping go-to-market β you'd have a real say in positioning and pricing, not just a target to chase
- Designing and building the sales function itself

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
Youβve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon β deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme β client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β and where to focus when applying.
Who RecGenie is looking for:
- A proven B2B SaaS sales record β ideally founder-led or early-stage, where you built rather than inherited the pipeline
- Strong outbound and cold-outreach instincts
- Comfortable owning a full sales cycle end to end
- Recruitment or staffing industry experience is valuable but genuinely not required; selling to small businesses (5β50 staff) is the sharper fit.
The terms:
- Equity stake: >5% depending on agreed deliverables with vesting structured
- Commitment: equivalent of ~2 days a week, structured however works for you
- Remote, UK preferred
Why now: the platform is past the hardest proof β real agencies pay for it, new clients are onboarding, and the integration list is growing. The product is earning; distribution is the open problem, and the person who solves it will own a piece of what it becomes.
