Sales Co-Founder (Equity Opportunity) – RecGenie
Build the Future of Recruitment Technology
RecGenie is a modern SaaS platform transforming how recruitment agencies manage contractor timesheets and expenses. Built specifically for the recruitment industry, our software streamlines timesheet and expense processing, integrates seamlessly with existing recruitment systems, reduces administration, and eliminates costly manual errors.
The product is live, customers are actively using the platform, and revenue is already being generated.
We're now looking for an ambitious Sales Co-Founder to join the business and lead the commercial growth of RecGenie.
This is not a salaried position. It is a genuine co-founder opportunity where equity is earned through agreed performance milestones as the business grows.
The Opportunity
As Sales Co-Founder, you will take ownership of our go-to-market strategy and be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building the sales function, and shaping the commercial direction of the business.
Working alongside the technical founder, you'll have significant influence over the future of the company while building meaningful equity in a business with an established product and proven market demand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the opportunity to create long-term value rather than receive a traditional salary.
You'll ideally have:
- A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience in an early-stage startup, scale-up, or founder-led business.
- Confidence building outbound sales pipelines and generating new business independently.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Excellent commercial awareness and strong relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven approach.
Experience selling into recruitment agencies would be advantageous but is not essential. More important is your ability to sell software to SMEs and build a repeatable sales engine.
Equity Structure
This is an equity-based co-founder position. Rather than receiving a salary, equity will vest progressively as agreed commercial milestones are achieved. This ensures both founders remain aligned while creating substantial long-term upside as the business scales.
