What are we searching for?
We're looking for a passionate relationship builder to join our Stellantis Pre-Owned Car Sales & Operations team at our Chester Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding SPOTICAR's presence across the retailer network, helping our partners unlock new opportunities and grow their used vehicle business.

What will you do?
- Proactively contact and support existing retailers within a Stellantis market area, maintain strong relationships, and assist inactive retailers in understanding their business needs and challenges
- Engage dealers via outbound calls and emails from an existing database
- Support existing customers in developing their business with Spoticar, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Actively re-engage former customers, analyze reasons for disengagement, and report findings to management
- Describe details of Spoticar's stock offering with accuracy and confidence
- Execute targeted call campaigns to promote new stock, solutions, and services to both new and existing customers
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Spoticar's market share
- Bring positivity, pro-activity, enthusiasm, and professionalism to daily interactions, aligning with Spoticar's values and culture
Requirements
What are we looking for?
We're looking for a customer-focused and driven professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results. You bring:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, sales, or account management. Experience in the automotive industry or a B2B sales environment is a plus
- A talent for building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas and negotiate effectively
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a drive to achieve targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer visits and business meetings
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset

PAY & BENEFITS
At OPENLANE Europe, pay is determined based on role impact, experience, skills, and internal fairness.
In addition to the base salary, our package includes:
- Comprehensive benefits package depending on the country of employment
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Only roles that can be performed from an alternative work location are eligible for occasional remote work. In that case, working from home is allowed for up to a maximum of two days
