Job Opportunity: Sales Coach
Are you passionate about developing sales people and driving measurable performance?
We're recruiting for a Sales Coach to join a fast-growing, ambitious business that's investing heavily in its sales function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on the sales floor, loves coaching in real time, and enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work on revenue and customer outcomes.
This isn't a classroom-based training role. You'll be embedded within the operation, working side-by-side with advisors to improve sales conversations, objection handling, conversion rates and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering daily one-to-one and side-by-side coaching sessions.
- Listening to live and recorded calls, providing actionable feedback.
- Improving objection handling, sales confidence and closing techniques.
- Coaching advisors to identify additional customer opportunities and maximise cross-selling performance.
- Working alongside operational leaders to improve call quality, productivity and conversion rates.
- Supporting new starters through onboarding and ongoing development.
- Monitoring individual performance and creating tailored coaching plans.
- Helping to build a high-performance, positive sales culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
