Pay
£12.71 per hour progressing to £13.01 following successful completion of probation, plus an average bonus of 89p per hour.

About Our Team
As a Retail Sales Colleague, you’ll join a collaborative community that celebrates every moment.Here, curiosity, encouragement, and learning are valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to progress in a company that stands by its roots—getting technology to where it’s needed, responsibly.
This role offers a hands-on twisting-of-the-tech-hand approach for all new colleagues. Whether you’re already a seasoned product enthusiast or starting fresh, you’ll embark on a 2-to-3-day induction, held either virtually or at our Fort Dunlop Academy in Birmingham. You’ll leave with:
- Detailed product and service mastery (including supplier training, demo experience, and knowledge of the latest launches).
- Confidence to recommend, install, and upsell with precision.

Typical Schedule
Working flexibly across our busy opening hours, typically Saturdays and Sundays. While stores are generally open 9 AM–8 PM (with local variances), shifts can include weekends and evening hours for the varied technology enthusiast.
