About the Role

As a Retail Sales Colleague, you don’t need deep tech knowledge to join our team—our two-to-three-day induction (either virtual or at our Fort Dunlop Academy) will equip you with everything you need. You’ll learn how to sell, serve, and support customers, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Working in our Carmarthen store, you’ll thrive in a team that values trust, collaboration, and personality. Our store operates Monday to Sunday (9am–8pm), with flexibility to suit you—whether full-time or part-time.
Job Type
- Permanent | Full-Time & Part-Time available
- Hours: 8-39 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours
- Wage: £12.71 per hour, raising to £13.01 after successful probation
- Bonus: £0.89 per hour on average (performance-related)
Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Colleague, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience:
- Empathy-driven Sales: Ask insightful questions to help customers find the perfect tech for their lives.
- Memorable Service: Turn every interaction into one customers remember for the right reasons.
- Seamless Support: Assist with delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
- Sales & Store Performance: Contribute to achieving store targets and support operational tasks.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work across different product ranges, always with a focus on Wow’ing customers.
