Retail Sales Colleague – Part Time (Workington)

Workington, England Permanent 8 - 15 hours per week (flexible with options to work extra hours) Hourly rate: £12.71* (with £0.89 average bonus per hour; £13.01 after successful probation)

Our Retail Sales Colleagues don’t require prior tech expertise. Training kicks off with a two-day induction (virtual or at our Fort Dunlop Academy, Birmingham), equipping you with everything you need to sell, serve, and support customers. Expect to:
- Gain supplier training and demo skills
- Learn cutting-edge product knowledge
- Develop endorsing expertise
Sales Colleagues work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturdays/Sundays). Store operating hours typically range 9am – 8pm (local variations may apply).

Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Matching customers with the right products through insightful questions
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
- Assisting with delivery/installation, recycling, and flexible payment options
- Contributing to store sales targets across diverse product ranges
- Supporting store operations through logistical tasks
About You
