Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Colleague, you don’t need deep tech expertise—we’ll provide two to three days of training, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. This induction covers:
- How to sell, serve, and support our customers effectively
- Supplier training
- Product demos and hands-on tech testing

Schedules are flexible across 7-day weekly store opening hours (typically 9am–8pm), with Saturdays and Sundays often included.
Key Responsibilities
- Matching customers with the right products by asking insightful questions
- Delivering memorable customer interactions and unmatched service
- Providing complementary services such as:
- Delivery and installation support
- Recycling solutions
- Payment options
- Driving store sales performance through sales targets
- Collaborating across departments and product lines
- Assisting with operational tasks (e.g. inventory, store upkeep)
