Sales Colleague

Sales Colleague Loughborough Currys, Loughborough
- Type: Permanent
- Hours: Part-time (8–15 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours)
- Pay: £12.71/hour* (raising to £13.01 after probation), plus an average bonus of 89p/hour

No prior tech expertise is required! As a Retail Sales Colleague, you’ll undergo a 2–3 day virtual or in-store induction at our award-winning academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll learn essential skills to:
- Sales techniques to recommend products confidently
- Customer service to create memorable experiences
- Operational tasks to support smooth store running
Our flexible schedule spans Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays, covering typical operating hours of 9am–8pm (local variations apply).
𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
As a Sales Colleague, your responsibilities include:
- Consulting: Positively engaging with customers to determine their needs and suggest tailored tech solutions.
- Customer Experience: Delivering outstanding service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Support Services: Assisting with delivery/installation, recycling advice, flexible payment options, and troubleshooting.
- Sales Performance: Contributing to the store’s revenue targets while showcasing the latest products and innovations.
- Store Operations: Supporting in-store duties beyond sales, such as stock management, merchandising, and customer scheduling.
- Collaboration: Working across departments (e.g., Doorstep Pickup, PC Repair, or Mobile Solutions) and promoting teamwork.
