Sales & Commercial Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales & Commercial Analyst to support lead generation, prospect research, CRM discipline, and wider commercial coordination across Centralis Group. This is a non-quota-carrying role that plays a key part in building high-quality pipeline, improving commercial visibility, and enabling senior sales leaders and subject matter experts to focus on client conversations and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and generate qualified leads by identifying relevant companies, buyer personas, decision-makers, influencers, and contacts across agreed target account lists
- Conduct professional first-touch outreach to create interest, qualify fit, and arrange introductory meetings for sales leaders and subject matter experts
- Maintain, enrich, and segment target account data, including contact mapping, account status, trigger events, scoring inputs, and follow-up actions
- Identify potential cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships and route them to the appropriate relationship owner
- Provide commercial support to the CEO and senior stakeholders, including market research, meeting preparation, and follow-up tracking
- Support the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and client-facing documents by gathering data, formatting content, and incorporating relevant case studies or proof points
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene by ensuring contacts, account notes, activities, pipeline stages, meeting outcomes, and next steps are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Support CRM reporting and pipeline visibility by tracking outreach activity, lead sources, conversion progress, and outstanding follow-ups

Role Scope
- This role focuses on research, qualification, outreach, CRM discipline, and meeting generation rather than owning final negotiations or closing deals
- The successful candidate will execute against agreed target account and ideal customer profile frameworks, while contributing practical insights from day-to-day market engagement

About You
- You bring 1–3 years’ experience in sales development, lead generation, business development research, commercial operations, or a research analyst role, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment
- You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and are comfortable with outreach, concise follow-up, and stakeholder communication
- You are organised, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of a target list, managing priorities, and following through on actions
- You are confident using Excel and CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM platform would be highly advantageous
