As a Sales Completion Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our platform, acting as the trusted advisor for sellers and dealers. While our tech powers the marketplace, your expertise will deliver the human touch—ensuring every deal is smooth, fair, and successful.
Your role is a mix of negotiation, problem-solving, and celebration. Imagine being the ultimate broker—matching cars with buyers, troubleshooting complexities, and cementing seamless transactions. What You’ll Do
- Be the confident, go-to expert for car sellers, delivering outstanding post-auction experiences.
- Take the lead in negotiating deals between sellers and dealers, ensuring both parties walk away satisfied with a fair price.
- Drive results by hitting sales targets, improving conversion rates, and maintaining high-quality standards—consistently.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Account Management teams to ensure perfect alignment between sellers and dealers.
- Shape Motorway’s future by testing new features and giving honest, actionable feedback.

Core Skills & Experience
Successfully selling cars isn’t just about tech—it’s about relationship-building, resilience, and results. We’re looking for:
- Empathy and rapport: A natural ability to connect with people and build trust.
- Target-driven mindset: A proven track record in fast-paced environments where missed quotas mean lost opportunities.
- Leverage of negotiation skills: Experience in phone, email, and face-to-face persuasion to secure favourable outcomes.
- High standards & collaboration: Someone who thrives under pressure and works excellent team sport.
- Conflict resolution: Prior experience in customer-facing roles where you’ve handled objections and KPIs.
- Tech-savvy: Creativity in navigating platforms and using feedback to improve processes and outcomes.

Weekly Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (with potential for occasional remote work)
