About Motorway

Motorway is the UK’s fastest-growing used car marketplace – our online-only platform connects private car sellers with thousands of verified dealers nationwide, ensuring everyone gets the best deal. Founded in 2017, our award-winning, technology-led approach has revolutionised the experience of selling a car. Backed by global technology investors, Motorway has raised £143 million in Series C funding.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing scale-up at a pivotal stage of growth and help transform an entire industry for the better.

Why Join Us?

We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our Sales Completion team – the driving force behind our business. While our platform makes selling easier and fairer, we know technology alone won’t get customers the best deal. That’s where you come in.

You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding customers through the post-auction process, acting as a brilliant matchmaker but for cars and cash. As a key member of the team, you’ll:

  • Negotiate and problem-solve, ensuring fair deals for both buyers and sellers.
  • Be the can-do expert between sellers and dealers, sorting challenges with confidence.
  • Drive results by working with the team to meet targets, boost conversions, and maintain high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to align sellers and dealers seamlessly.
  • Shape the future by testing new features and providing honest feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
