Sales Consultant – Product Consultant (Elgin, Scotland)
Salary: £25,500 (+ commission) or £23,500 (with company car)
On target earnings: £40,000 – £45,000, uncapped earnings potential
About the Role
We’re seeking an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant (Product Consultant) to join our team in Elgin.
This is a sales-focused role—but nothing like a traditional one.
Forget the typical car sales environment of suits and showroom monotony. This role is designed for energetic, customer-focused individuals who thrive on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Your primary goal: help customers find the perfect car tailored to them—while enjoying a supportive, flexible workplace where teamwork and integrity come first.
Aftersales experience is just as important as the sale itself. Your role isn’t just transactional; it’s about fostering loyalty, transparency, and outstanding experiences—from first contact to long-term customer trust.
You don’t need to be a gearhead, but a passion for people, energy, and going above-and-beyond is a must.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
