Sales Consultant
We're Hiring: Sales Consultant
Are you an experienced salesperson who thrives on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business?
Park Square Clinic is looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven sales background who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. If you're resilient, target-driven, and confident picking up the phone, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and booking consultations for our clinic. You'll spend a large part of your day proactively reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing leads, and creating opportunities through outbound activity. Success in this role requires confidence, resilience, and the ability to build trust quickly.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales is essential.
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident speaking and building rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by results.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems is desirable.

Your Responsibilities
- Reactivate past patients and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients.
- Book consultations for our clinical team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
- Consistently achieve KPIs and sales targets.
