About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll ensure customers experience the magic—and success—of Swarovski, blending luxury aesthetics with personalised service. Key contributions include:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and emotional connections
- Build loyalty by fostering trust and promoting customer loyalty programs
- Achieve individual and team sales targets with accountability
- Maintain a welcoming, stylish store environment through team collaboration
- Stay current with brand innovations and use digital tools to enhance engagement
Your Qualities
Ideal candidates are:
- Passionate about luxury fashion, lifestyle, or accessorised living
- Proven retail experience—comfortable thriving in diverse customer-facing roles
- Naturally charming with strong rapport-building—turning visits into a winning first impression
