Sales Consultant
Sales Consultant – Lightsource (Belfast)
About the Role
Lightsource is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join their Belfast team.
This role is ideal for a confident, commercially minded individual with a strong interest in lighting, interiors, architecture, and design-led projects.
You will engage with a diverse range of clients—including private clients, interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers—across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing client relationships
- Identify opportunities and follow up on sales leads
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project updates
- Support clients with lighting product selection and specification
- Manage opportunities through our CRM system
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Deliver excellent client service from enquiry through to after-sales support

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales experience
- Experience in lighting, interiors, design, or specification-led sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Experience using CRM systems
- A proactive, organised, and target-driven approach
- Ability to work confidently with clients, suppliers, and project teams
