Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant (Product Consultant) – BYD Branch, Stirling

£25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car On-target earnings of £40,000–£45,000 with uncapped earning potential


About Arnold Clark

We’re looking for an ambitious, confident, and people-focused Sales Consultant to join our BYD branch at Arnold Clark, Stirling.

This isn’t your typical sales role, but a dynamic position where you’ll thrive on building genuine relationships with customers while selling vehicles and services with integrity and professionalism.


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll mentor as a Product Consultant but with a sales-driven focus. expectation? Exceptional customer service, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping people.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding customers from initial enquiry to aftersales support
  • Selling cars and packages (finance, servicing, etc.) with honesty and tailored recommendations
  • Building strong, long-term relationships rooted in trust and reliability
  • Coordination between dealership and customer to ensure seamless vehicle ordering and delivery
  • Exceeding sales and customer experience targets whilst working as part of a collaborative team
  • Checking in after purchase to maintain positive, post-sale engagement
