Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant (Part-time) – Molton Brown Liverpool

Based in Liverpool, Molton Brown—a cherished icon of uniquely British luxury and a global cosmetics brand under Kao—seeks a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in its Liverpool store on a part-time basis (12 hours per week). As the face of our brand, you will deliver exceptional customer service, deep product expertise, and unforgettable luxury experiences to elevate our everyday moments.


The Role

Position: Sales Consultant (Part-time, 12 hours/week) Location: Liverpool Store Contract Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through personalized selling, ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish.
  • Offer unique sensorial experiences to customers, including:
    • Fragrance consultations (dispatching the Molton Brown signature scent journey).
    • Hand and arm massages (using signature Molton Brown treatments).
  • Assist with general store operations, including:
    • Stock management (ensuring shelves are replenished, products are displayed attractively, and inventory is accurate).
    • Store cleaning and maintenance.
  • Represent the Molton Brown brand with professionalism, positivity, and integrity, embodying our commitment to luxury, craftsmanship, and quality.
  • Contribute to meeting store KPIs and driving retail performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to exceed customer expectations and build brand loyalty.

About Molton Brown

Born in 1971 on South Molton Street, London, Molton Brown has evolved from a small-scale artisan operation into a global luxury fragrance and beauty household name. Our products—signature fragrances, bath and shower gels, and home care essentials—are hand-blended in London and cherished in luxury department stores, high-end boutiques, travel retail, hotels, and our own flagship stores.
