Sales Consultant

Sleep Consultant – Sales Consultant

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant in your local store, you’ll leverage your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers to advise them on Sleep wellness™ solutions. Using our unique sleepPRO™ technology, you’ll help customers find the perfect sleep products tailor-made for their needs—enabling them to enjoy the perfect night’s sleep every night.

We’ll equip you with full training and unwavering support so you confidently master our processes. Our goal? Setting you up for success from day one so you can hit the ground running.

Our stores thrive on passion and pride. You and your team will collaborate to maintain a fresh, clean, and inviting store environment— Ensuring customers feel just as comfortable as they will be in their beds.

Peak trade hours (evenings, weekends, and bank holidays) offer your best opportunity to benefit from our generous uncapped commission structure. But we understand it’s a 24/7 commitment—so some weekends will require your availability, but don’t worry, we’ll compensate those workdays with spare time. We’re also happy to pay overtime when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for Sales Consultants who embody these qualities:

  • A drive to deliver exceptional customer service—knowing successful sales come from giving customers what they truly need for the best night’s sleep.
  • A "can do" attitude, paired with the ability to adapt easily and build rapid rapport with customers.
  • An eye for sales opportunities, and the resilience to find innovative solutions when challenges arise.
  • A willingness to try new things—because exciting possibilities mean your store thrives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
