Location: Hampshire & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £46,000–£66,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We specialise in supplying and installing high-quality, A-rated windows, doors, conservatories, porches, and other home improvement products that help homeowners improve their properties, reduce energy bills, and increase comfort.
The Role as a Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Attending pre-booked appointments at customers’ homes to carry out home assessments and provide accurate quotations.
- Ensuring no cold calling, door knocking, or canvassing is required—every appointment is warm and pre-qualified.
- Focusing solely on providing excellent customer service and closing sales.

Your Responsibilities
- Attend and conduct warm, pre-booked customer appointments.
- Conduct home assessments and deliver tailored quotations.
- Recommend the most suitable products that meet customers’ needs.
- Travel efficiently to and from customer appointments.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
No Experience? No Problem
We provide full paid training, so previous sales experience isn’t essential.
