Sales Consultant – Product Consultant (Arnold Clark Seafield, Edinburgh)

- £25,500 with no company car
- £23,500 with company car
- Earnings potential:
- On target earnings of £40,000 – £45,000

About the Role
Are you a people person with a real passion for sales? If so, we’d love you to join Arnold Clark as a Sales Consultant at our Seafield Peugeot/SEAT/Skøda/CUPRA branch in Edinburgh.

As a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, you’ll guide customers from first contact to aftersales, helping them find the perfect car—and building lasting relationships along the way.
No car expertise required (though we love enthusiasts too!), but passion for customer service, energy, and a can-do attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Journey & Sales
- Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Provide outstanding, 5-star service—going the extra mile for every visitor
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Sell the ideal sales package (finance, servicing, etc.) with integrity and professionalism
- Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries to ensure smooth operations
Performance & Teamwork
- Meet monthly sales targets and customer experience standards
- Work as part of a dynamic team to hit deadlines and fulfil promises
- Follow up with customers to deliver excellent aftersales support
