Sales Consultant
Location: North West Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday, 9:45am – 5:15pm Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant to join a well-established and reputable national housebuilder. This role will be based on a development in the North West, with the successful candidate playing a key role in achieving sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer journey, and promoting new homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the marketing suite, ensuring it remains professional and welcoming
- Follow up all sales leads through telephone and digital communication channels
- Conduct informative and engaging show home and development tours
- Secure reservations through effective negotiation to achieve sales targets -浮动工作(初期)
- Maintain detailed knowledge of available and upcoming plots, build progress, and all purchase schemes
- Use CRM software (e.g., Dynamics) to log customer interactions in line with GDPR
- Deliver outstanding customer service, keeping buyers informed throughout their journey
- Work Thursday to Monday, 9:45am – 5:15pm (including weekends and bank holidays)
- Support sales progression by managing objections and negotiating outcomes
- Assist the wider team in maintaining competitor awareness and completing daily development tasks

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation ability with a drive to exceed targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- ** Full driving licence** and access to a suitable vehicle
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays
Desirables
- Experience in new homes or residential property sales
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)
- Familiarity with Help to Buy and other purchase assistance schemes
- Understanding of build programs, plot release schedules, and NHBC compliance
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 – £60,000
- **Additional Earnings:**Approx. £20,000 in commission + £10,000 in bonuses
- Plot Commission: 75% upon exchange, 25% upon completion
- Extra Commission: 5% + 5-star service bonus
- Mileage Allowance: 26p per mile (home to site)
- Annual Leave: Up to 33 days (including bank holidays)
