Sales Consultant
Sales Consultant
Location: Northwood Brand: Gibbs Gillespie Salary: Competitive Salary Package Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10am to 3pm
Mandatory Requirement: Full UK driving license and personal vehicle required.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
This role offers an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join an industry-leading Property Company, helping to further your career in estate agency.
Duties and Tasks
- Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants
- Book and carry out property viewings
- Act as the key point of communication between buyers and vendors
- Advertise new properties and prepare accurate property listings
- Manage property sales from viewing to completion
- Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
- Achieve personal and branch-wide sales targets
- Represent the company in a professional manner

Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong telephone manner and a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Tenacity and self-motivation with a drive for success
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Adaptable to change
- Full UK driving license
