Sell. Solve Problems. Make Things Happen.
King Living is opening its first UK Outlet—and we're looking for the founding team to bring it to life.
Located within our dedicated, owner-operated warehouse in Hemel Hempstead, the Outlet plays an important role within our UK retail network, giving beautifully crafted furniture—including cancelled orders, customer returns, ex-display pieces and outlet-exclusive products—a second opportunity to find the right home.
Supported by the engineering that sets King Living apart—including our signature steel frames, modular designs and removable covers—the Outlet extends the life of exceptional furniture while making premium design accessible to more customers.
This is a rare opportunity to help establish a completely new retail format for King Living UK. As part of the founding team, you'll help shape the customer experience, operating model and culture from day one. The decisions you make won't just influence this Outlet—they'll help define the future of the Outlet network as it grows.
What You'll Own
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximise every sales opportunity.
- Build genuine relationships, understand customer needs and confidently guide customers towards the right solution whilst setting clear expectations around outlet purchases.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
