Sales Consultant (Product Consultant) – Wakefield Motorstore – £25,500 (no car) or £23,500 (with company car)
Compensation & Benefits

About the Role
We’re searching for an ambitious, people-focused Sales Consultant—with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service—to join our Arnold Clark Motorstore in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you’ll:
- Assess and recommend the ideal car for each customer—based on their needs.
- Deliver unparalleled service: Exceed expectations, go the extra mile for every visitor.
- Build lasting trust: Nurture relationships with customers from enquiry to ownership and beyond.
- Upsell ethical solutions: Sell finance, insurance and servicing packages with integrity.
- Manage logistics: Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries and service confirmations smoothly.
- Hit targets confidently: Achieve monthly sales goals and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team: Assist in meeting deadlines, exceeding promises and maintaining store standards.
