Founded in 1839, Patek Philippe is the last family-owned independent Genevan Watch Manufacturer. We are currently recruiting to fill the following full-time vacancy in our flagship store in New Bond Street, London
Sales Consultant
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in London. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering lasting client relationships, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment, ensuring that all customers receive a professional and refined experience.
Main Duties:
- You will be the first point of contact for customer sales & service enquiries.
- Key responsibilities include consulting with customers to understand their needs, assisting with technical queries and providing tailored recommendations.
- Attending customer events and showcasing Patek Philippe’s exquisite timepieces.
- You will also support in maintaining product displays, meeting sales objectives, and collaborating with the team to ensure a premium client experience.

What we are looking for:
- Patek Philippe experience is desirable
- Passion for fine craftsmanship, luxury products, and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience in Sales in a luxury environment
- Able to read and interpret technical documents
- Able to use Microsoft packages (SAP is desirable)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure including managing multiple tasks
- A proactive approach and ability to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- An enthusiastic and positive personality
- Immaculate personal appearance
- Experience in the luxury goods industry is desirable
