The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for speaking with homeowners who have expressed an interest in selling their property and helping them understand the options available to them.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll build relationships, qualify opportunities and arrange appointments for our valuation team while developing your knowledge of the property market.
You'll be working with warm enquiries rather than cold calling, giving you the opportunity to focus on building rapport, understanding customer needs and creating opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners looking to sell their property
- Qualify enquiries and understand customer motivations
- Arrange property valuations with vendors and prospective purchasers
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Advise sellers on the property market and available selling solutions
- Identify and generate new opportunities for the business
- Negotiate and progress property deals
- Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, b2b, b2c, business development or a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
- Ambitious and driven to achieve results
