The Role
We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our boutique team, on a salary of £26,450 per annum. Based in our elegant showroom, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences that go beyond the transaction, fostering lasting relationships built on trust, emotion, and personalised service. How You’ll Contribute
- Client Consultations: Conduct one-hour lounge appointments, actively listening to client needs and guiding them through a personalised bespoke design journey.
- Customer Experience: Provide a seamless luxury experience from welcome to post-sale, including thoughtful service, timely updates, and ongoing relationship building.
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales targets through a consultative approach, offering tailored recommendations and closing with confidence.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of our collections, materials, and craftsmanship to educate clients and support bespoke design conversations.
- Operational & CRM Excellence: Use CRM and internal systems to process and track bespoke orders, manage inquiries, review support tickets, and escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate teams.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand with professionalism and polish, upholding showroom standards, presentation, and client care.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Planning and store teams to support fulfilment, contribute to visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organised showroom.

Skills You’ll Bring to The Role
- 1–2 years’ experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, with a strong sales track record
- Jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) highly regarded
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling phone, video, and face-to-face consultations
- Able to learn systems quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
- Highly proactive and self-motivated to contribute beyond your core responsibilities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Creative eye for styling and passion for unique, bespoke jewellery
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product handling, visual merchandising, and client communications
- Customer-first mindset, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional experiences
- Impeccable personal presentation and alignment with brand aesthetic
- Willingness to travel to support other stores within the region to contribute to business success
- Availability to work weekends and peak trade periods is essential
