Sales Executive

£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£50,000 OTE)
Leeds | Office Based
10 Positions Available | Immediate Starts Possible

Looking for a sales role that fits around a later start to your day? Not everyone wants a 9-5. If you're someone who prefers a later morning, enjoys speaking to customers when they're available, and wants to maximise your earning potential, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're recruiting for an ambitious, fast-growing business that's expanding its Leeds sales team and looking for 10 Sales Executives to join them. This is a consultative sales role where you'll speak with customers who've already expressed an interest in treatment. No cold calling. No trying to convince people who don't want to hear from you.

Instead, you'll build rapport, understand their goals and help them make an informed decision. If you're motivated by commission, progression and working in a high-performance sales environment, you'll fit right in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
