Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant in your local store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on Sleep wellness ℓ™ will help them find the right sleep products for their needs. Using our unique sleepPRO™ technology, you’ll guide them toward that perfect night’s sleep.
We’ll provide full training and support, ensuring you understand our operational processes and are set up for success right from day one. You’ll be empowered to hit the ground running.
About the Role
Our stores are built on pride in their appearance and cleanliness. You and your team will be responsible for maintaining a fresh and inviting environment, keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-organised.
Given that evenings, weekends, and bank holidays are our peak trading times, you’ll need to be available during these periods. While we’ll ensure fair compensation for any weekend work through returned days off, unlimited overtime opportunities are also available.
We’re looking for Sales Consultants who embody great customer service—driven to exceed targets sustainably by providing customers with the best sleep solutions tailored to their needs. This requires a ’can-do’ attitude, adaptability, strong communication skills, and the confidence to spot sales opportunities. You should be resilient, resourceful, and willing to innovate to help your store thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their sleep needs.
- Use your product knowledge and sleepPRO™ technology expertise to recommend suitable sleep solutions.
- Ensure the store remains fresh, clean, and visually appealing.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, given intense trading periods.
- Consistently meet sales targets while providing a high-quality, comfortable shopping experience.
Ideal Candidate
✅ Preferably with previous customer-facing experience. ✅ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. ✅ Ability to identify sales opportunities and build rapport quickly. ✅ Demonstrated resilience, resourcefulness, and a ’can-do’ mentality. ✅ Willingness to innovate and adapt to support the store’s success.
