Stannah is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Sales Department, covering Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
This role involves:
- Professionally representing Stannah during home visits
- Understanding customer needs
- Surveying locations and delivering safe, tailored stairlift and homelift solutions
- Driving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer care, safety, and professionalism
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work:
- Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
- With flexible scheduling to cater to customer needs
- On a permanent contract

About the Role
The Sales Consultant is responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets, including sales volume, discounts, and conversion ratios
- Conducting accurate site surveys and providing personalised product recommendations
- Developing strong product knowledge, including competitor offerings
- Maintaining high professionalism, integrity, and safety standards
- Responding to customer inquiries and delivering exceptional service

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
✔ Proven background in sales ✔ Full UK driving licence (critically important for field visits) ✔ Willingness to travel across different territories ✔ Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays ✔ Ability to work independently with team collaboration
Desirable but not essential: ✔ Previous experience in field sales, home consultations, or mobility products
