About the Role

We're seeking a customer-focused, target-driven sales expert (ideally with estate agency or housebuilding experience) who balances sharp commercial thinking with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation. This role isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about crafting outstanding customer experiences, advocating for clients with care, and playing a key part in optimizing retirement communities for residents. You’ll need to proactively manage your pipeline, drive results, and excite a dynamic team shaping retirement living.
Responsibilities

Achieve Sales Success
- Hit individual targets by negotiating competitive deals while protecting and enhancing average sale margins.
- Design solutions that deliver high-value results for both customers and the business.

- Create tailored experiences that make customers feel valued.
- Deeply understand client needs and guide them through their retirement purchase with clarity and compassion.

Key Skills & Experience
- Track record in a target-driven sales role—preferably with a customer-obsessed ethos (e.g., estate sales, housebuilding or retirement property sectors).
- Proven results in negotiation, relationship-building, and objection handling—turning leads into loyal customers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and data analytics.
- A commercial mindset paired with empathetic communication to balance, focused activity and delicate advocate rooms.
- Team player capable of collaborating in fast-paced, community-building environments.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, both personal and professional.
