Sales Consultant

Luxury Senior / Sales Consultants – Fine Jewellery

Central London £32K - £35K+ | 1% - 5% Commission

We are searching for experienced Luxury Senior/Sales Consultants with 2+ years’ experience selling premium/Luxury jewellery.

Our client is expanding swiftly in White City, creating numerous Sales Consultant roles within a thriving Fine Jewellery store.

This role requires the ability to build strong, positive relationships with a discerning clientele—inspiring them not only with outstanding service but also with the stories behind beautiful pieces.


About the Role

Reporting to: Boutique Manager & Assistant Manager Team size: Part of a team of 8-15 Sales Associates

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish rapport with high-end clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service that goes above and beyond expectations.
  • Build and maintain a client database, proactively identifying and addressing needs while staying in consistent contact.
  • Position yourself as the go-to expert in your area of fine jewellery, fine watches, and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales performance—exceeding both personal and team targets.
  • Stay updated on new brands, products, and launches, recommending appropriate enhancements to clients.
  • Remain knowledgeable about company security and procedural compliance, consistently adhering to policies.
  • Act professionally, responsibly, and positively at all times.
  • Foster collaborative teamwork with colleagues while ensuring personal accountability for work and performance.

Ideal Candidate

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience selling in a luxury/premium jewellery retail environment.
  • Proven expertise in clientelling and high-end service delivery.
  • Passionate about fine jewellery, with an enthusiasm to expand knowledge into fine watches.
  • Strong sales mindset, motivated to achieve performance targets consistently.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and attentiveness to detail—upholding the brand's reputation.
