We are looking to hire a Sales Consultant to join our team! Reporting to one of our Sales Team Leader, you'll be part of our UK Contact Centre and will be the first point of contact for customers looking to plan their next adventure, helping them find the trip that's right for them from their very first enquiry through to booking. By combining your sales expertise with a genuine passion for travel, you'll build trusted relationships, guide customers with confidence, and create a seamless experience across every interaction. You'll play an important role in achieving team goals while helping more people discover the unforgettable experiences that reflects the Exodus brand.

What you’ll do:

  • Managing inbound sales enquiries across phone, email, and live chat.
  • Proactively progressing opportunities through your sales pipeline to maximise conversions.
  • Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the most suitable trips.
  • Confidently converting enquiries into bookings, including collecting deposits.
  • Working towards and exceeding monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Using structured sales frameworks to guide conversations and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with post-sales and wider internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Sharing your travel knowledge and enthusiasm to inspire customers and build confidence in their travel plans.

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
