Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our field-based sales team and support continued business growth across a defined territory.

Supported by an industry-leading CRM system and a dedicated call centre-based appointment generation team, this role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, managing objections, and successfully closing sales.

You will sell into a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, food preparation, motor trade, construction, chemical processing, and many others.

The role

We recognise that strong onboarding and early support are critical to long-term success. During your first six months, you will be guided through a structured induction programme, supported with realistic interim targets, and benefit from regular face-to-face reviews. You will work as part of a collaborative sales team within a defined geographical area, with clear and achievable performance targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
