About Eden
Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest milestones - yet conveyancing can still feel complicated, slow and unclear. Eden is changing that. We're building a digital-first experience powered by exceptional people, designed to make everything simple, clear and fast. We're at an exciting stage in our journey. Today we're a team of around 35 people. Over the next two years we expect to double in size as we continue to scale our conveyancing, technology, operations and customer experience functions.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you're starting your career in sales, looking for your next step, or already experienced - we'd love to hear from you. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our service, building trust, and guiding them through one of life's biggest decisions. This role is ideal if you enjoy helping people, hitting targets, and being part of a growing company. We also welcome candidates looking for part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct engaging sales calls, answering questions and drive quote conversion
- Actively listen to understand client needs and explain the Eden conveyancing process
- Monitor and respond to incoming queries via email or phone
- Manage daily tasks effectively
- Work towards sales targets with full support from your manager
- Keep CRM prospect and quote data accurate and up to date
- Maintain accurate and compliant notes in line with GDPR requirements
- Deliver a high standard of service and response to client queries
- Demonstrate understanding of client needs and preferences
- Follow through on commitments to ensure client satisfaction
- Apply sales techniques to engage clients, achieve call volume and sales conversion targets
- Understand Eden's products, services and value proposition
- Understand when and how to apply discounts
- Assist marketing with marketing activity
- Provide support, cover team members and any general administration tasks on an ad hoc basis

- Consistently meeting (or exceeding) sales targets
- Delivering a smooth, positive client experience every time
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales and client engagement is great, but not essential - we value potential and attitude
- Strong communication skills and a personal approach
- Organised, proactive and comfortable using digital tools (we'll train you on our CRM)
- Ability to prioritise effectively and maintain accurate, compliant notes
- A willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (FTE), dependent on experience
- Sales commission with an uncapped earning potential from £4,620 OTE
