Role Description

The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Croydon. This role involves advising clients on property sales and purchases, conducting viewings, and following up to ensure a smooth client journey. The Sales Consultant will manage inquiries, build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and sellers, and provide clear, timely communication throughout the process. Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to guide clients through property transactions effectively.
  • Candidates should possess proven Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver high-quality client experiences.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage confidently with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Relevant experience in estate agency, property sales, or a similar sales environment is beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills are advantageous.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems and basic office software is preferred.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are beneficial for attending property viewings.
